My Holiday

A joyous season people await. Celebrations that we prepared with heart and much effort. Gift giving and love sharing. Christmas and New Year are indeed blissful commemorations for every people in every part of the world. Including me and my family.

Sparkling balls and lights round up a Christmas Tree and gifts beneath it. Early sundown we've seen and cold breeze wrap up our body, meaning Christmas is near. A competition of decorations in every house captured the eyes of human being that passes. The people with bright smiles on their faces show their excitement in this season. And of course, Christmas isn’t Christmas if we do not put God in our hearts and understand that this celebration is all about Jesus being born.

We visited Montevista witnessing its pride - the "Diwanag Festival" in which different landmarks of different Disney movies and TV shows surrounds you as you enter their world. Brightly alluring lights blinded you eye beautifully.

It was tiring because I woke up early for 9 dawns to fining the Misa de Gallo which i did. It has been an experience because i never finished Misa de Gallo since that Christmas in my life. In Christmas Eve, we prepared our house and ourselves. We clean our home, cooked foods and made desserts. Few hours before Christmas, we went to church and attend a mass.

And then, we celebrate Christmas and have a good time. Smile, be happy and forgot those problems. Never ending greeting towards one another, and eat.

Me and My Family

After Christmas, I, my mother and my sister visited my cousin to bond with them after not seeing them for months. We Sleep, eat, talk, play video games, laugh, stroll out, repeat. We endure our moments together for it is not every day we bond to each other. 30th of December came, we went home.

And then, we celebrated New Year with my family and friend who joined us! Extremely loud music, horns and fireworks heard everywhere. Shakes and boogey dances in our home. And EAT!
